Located on the Southeast Side, the D-M (as locals call it) is one of the most important elements of Tucson’s identity and economy, making an estimated $750 million impact on the city each year. And with nearly 8,000 employees, some consider the D-M a major factor in why the Southeast Tucson even has residents at all.

With a nearly 1,000% growth in population since 1990, this area is poised for growth and convenience.
