The San Diego Science Festival on April 4th, 2009 from 10:30a – 6:00p in Balboa Park is a FREE event that offers over 300 different hands-on activities for all ages to enjoy.
You will get the chance to learn about fun things like the science of chocolate, how to turn French fry grease into high performance diesel fuel, and how to create a rocket from things already in your medicine cabinet. This brainy festival is sure to be a crowd pleaser!
The best part? The following museums will be FREE the day of the Expo:

San Diego Air and Space Museum
San Diego Natural History Museum
San Diego Hall of Champions Sports Museum
