Comprised of four towns—Encinitas, Leucadia, Cardiff-by-the-sea and Olivehain—this sand 'n' surf community is made up of lazy winding roads and tree-lined streets that capture and maintain the quaint, warm beach culture that defines it.

Besides the surfing and the arts, Encinitas is also known as the “Flower Capital of the World,” home to the annual Flower Show, Quail Botanical Garden and the Paul Ecke Ranch, where most of the country’s poinsettias are grown…it's like a holiday year 'round!
