One of the first post-WWII suburban developments built in the '50s and '60s, Clairemont offers the best of all worlds: moderately priced homes, family-oriented neighbors and easy access to freeways.

With two major canyons that define the area—Tecolote in the center and San Clemente to the north—the views don’t hurt, either. Most homes are built on the mesas and look onto these two canyons, or they have views of Mission Bay and the Pacific. Though there are few commercial districts in this area, Clairemont Town Square has all the restaurants and shops you’ll need.
