…access to everything

Just off I-215 and State Road 60, adjacent to Riverside, Moreno Valley is this county’s second-largest city, by population. Approximately 175,000 residents enjoy a huge number of services, amenities and entertainment, and the city is experiencing an exciting bounce-back from a downturn in the early 1990s.

These days, you’ll see major development all over the place, especially near the Moreno Valley/Riverside border, where large chain stores (Best Buy, Loews, Starbucks) and big-box retailers (Wal-Mart, the first Super Target in California) can be found. Single-family homes and townhomes are also located here.

In addition to commercial centers, Riverside and Moreno Valley also share Box Springs Mountain. Visible from almost everywhere in the area, this landmark has a large “M” on the Moreno Valley side, maintained entirely by volunteers and built to promote unity among residents.
