Though a lot has changed here in the last half century, Mira Loma is still a new and relatively untouched area. Nearby parks, mountains and lakes offer people plenty of opps to enjoy the outdoors, and events like February’s Riverside County Festival brings families together to enjoy carnival rides and food, monster trucks, live performances and more. Even in December, when much of the U.S. freezes over, Mira Loma celebrates good weather with a Tamale Festival and other activities.
