…convenient 'hood, convenient location

Just moments from downtown, near Interstates 10, 17 and Loop 101, West Phoenix offers its diverse population easy access to the rest of Phoenix and beyond.

West Phoenix has a wide variety of housing ops including single-family developments, post-war (that would be WWII) homes and affordable apartments. It offers the convenience of the Desert Sky Marketplace with big-box shopping, department stores and restaurants.

One of the town’s biggest draws—that is, unless you’re a Cubs fan—is the Maryvale Baseball Park, where up to 7,000 fans can watch the Milwaukee Brewers’ spring training. If sports just aren't your thing, Cricket Wireless Pavilion hosts big name music acts on a weekly basis.

Well-placed roads and interstates offer lots of options in and around this urban 'hood.
