One of the fastest growing areas in Arizona, there’s so much going on in this neighborhood, it’s been said that a new home is completed every three hours. Now, we haven’t yet been able to monitor this ourselves, but we’re thinking with the wealth of opportunities here for work and play, it’s probably true.

Take, for example, the Surprise Recreational Campus. In addition to a library, aquatic center, community park and 35-acre fishing lake, the campus contains the 10,000-seat Surprise Stadium, including 12 baseball fields and an eight-acre multi-use field. Head out to the stadium in the spring to watch the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers train.

As you’d imagine, the explosion of growth in Surprise makes it easy to find your dream home. There are apartments, single-family subdivisions, retirement communities and out-of-the-way ranches, with great amenities like parks, sidewalks and walking trails.

Just think: in the time it took you to read this, Surprise developers laid another foundation…why shouldn’t you reap the rewards?
