Pizzeria Bianco, located in Central Phoenix, has the best pizza in Phoenix with greatest atmosphere. If you are willing to wait the hour plus for a table it’s always worth the time in line sipping some wine (from Bar Bianco, next door). The WISEGUY (Wood Roasted Onion, House Smoked Mozzarella, Fennel Sausage) or SONNY BOY (Tomato Sauce, Fresh Mozzarella, Salami, Gaeta Olives) have my vote for the reason to wait and come back time and time again. Oh, they’re not open for lunch; but that makes dinner so worth the wait. So if great pizza is what you look for this is the place. Enjoy:-)
