Cindy’s Arizona Café, located at 124 E. McKellips Rd in Mesa, is a perfect breakfast escape from the likes of Denny’s and a nearby Cracker Barrel. There might be a short wait to get a seat on a weekday morning, but the staff is extremely friendly and the food arrives quickly, piping hot.
