As the fourth largest city in Arizona, Glendale offers a lot to those who want a lot. We're talking amenities, services and opportunities for growth. Just twenty minutes from downtown Phoenix, it’s bordered by Interstates 10 and 17, so getting around is a snap.

Speaking of which… residents have witnessed a lot more “snapping” since the opening of the University of Phoenix Stadium in August 2006. It was the location of Super Bowl XLII, and while it has boosted the local economy, it’s also added to the traffic already created by manufacturing plants, warehouses and the Luke Air Force Base—the largest jet fighting training base in the world.

But you’re not going to let a little traffic get in the way of enjoying Glendale’s boom, right? Trek out to the desert vistas, golf courses and lakes. Enroll in a class (some of our apartments near Glendale Community College could use some renters/students!) Get your mall-fix at the retail-oriented, 1.3 million-sq.-ft. Arrowhead Towne Center where you'll find more ways to spend that cash than you can think of. Go get some good eats or see the latest film. Then, after a long day (working, playing, learning and shopping) go home to your new Glendale apartment, single-family home, townhouse or condo. You've earned it.
