...coming of age in style

Located in the Salt River Valley, east of downtown Mesa and west of Apache Junction, East Mesa is full of quiet, well-kept neighborhoods.

With 11 city parks, a couple recreation areas, the Salt River, the Lost Dutchman State Park and two golf courses, you’ll be sure to find the right kind of open space for you. And when the desert weather gets too hot to handle, get into the cool at one of the largest malls in Arizona, Superstition Springs Center, which is located in East Mesa, along with Factory Stores of America.

Don’t think for a minute, though, that East Mesa is just another bedroom community, because this neighborhood is about to get its hustle on.

Available land and the nearing completion of the Red Mountain Freeway (running through Mesa) have resulted in an East Mesa renaissance. Mixed-use developments are in the works that will include hotels, shops, restaurants, health clubs, office space and new housing opportunities. In fact, this city is growing so fast that the city is having a hard time keeping up with the logistics.

East Mesa appears to be picture perfect, before and after.
