If Del Webb is a farmer of neighborhoods—having planned communities across the country—then Anthem is a successful, thriving crop.

Adjacent to New River, it’s located 34 miles north of downtown and features awesome mountain views, golf, hiking and an amazing, huge community center with days and days of activities (classes, camps, gymnastics, tennis, basketball, and more) for all ages - they even have a water park!

The only challenge facing this otherwise fun, family-oriented community is the Anthem-to-Phoenix commute; I-17 congestion can be intense, but hopefully the Transportation Department's plans to widen it will make traveling more bearable.
