…spacious suburb, birthplace of the 37th President of the U.S.

Who was #37? Try counting backwards. Reagan was #40…so it’s gotta be Richard Nixon. That’s right, Yorba Linda is the highly residential, fairly quiet suburb where Richard M. Nixon was born in 1913. Though unincorporated at the time, Yorba Linda finally incorporated as Orange County’s 25th city in 1967, and it hasn’t stopped booming since. That is, booming with ranch-style housing.

It’s a bedroom community where nature- and music-lovers enjoy free Concerts in the Park every Sunday after Independence Day. With the lack of commercial space, you’ll have lots of time to study your political history at The Richard Nixon Library.
