Opah is a great neighborhood restaurant. And with three locations in OC you can’t help but to find one in your ‘hood. The seafood is their specialty and their namesake but don’t forget to try some appies. My favs are the tower of sweet potato chips (not fries) with chipotle ranch (I love a condiment) and the shitake chicken lettuce wraps. What can I say I love finger foods.
Every seafood dish that I’ve tried has been mouth-watering…the salmon, the scallops and the sea bass are divine. The dishes arrive dressed to impress but they don’t skimp on the good stuff. No one wants to buy another meal after din din. If you don’t get the garlic mashed potatoes with your meal, order it as a side and make sure you have a curiously strong mint.
I haven’t tried the deserts (I prefer a second glass of wine) but most of them are made with alcohol so it sounds like you can’t go wrong!
