…another OC hotspot?

This 10-sq.-mile "Center of the Southland" is more than just a daytrip to famous touristy destinations like Knott’s Berry Farm, Medieval Times dinner entertainment and Ripley’s Believe it or Not! Museum.

It's also home to a large population of Korean-, Chinese- and Vietnamese-Americans who settled here, bringing with them Asian-inspired restaurants and food distribution centers that import Pacific Rim goods and ship them all over California. A different taste of Asia can be found in Indian Village, a small enclave founded in the 80s by East Indian shop owners.

Recent plans to revitalize Beach Boulevard, in order to boost Buena Park’s local economic base, have updated the city’s services but also driven real estate prices skyward.

Keep watch on this area — it could become the next place to be.
