Fort Collins…first choice for a wonderful life


Picture this—you're by the Cache La Poudre River at the base of the Rocky Mountains. You can either go take a hike or decide to make the surrounding city, Fort Collins, your home. If you do the first, you'll be blown away by the amazing trails and natural beauty. If you opt for the second choice, well…you get it all.

Fort Collins isn't nicknamed Fort Fun for nothing. The quality of life here is unbeatable. Called the number one place to live in America by Money Magazine in 2006, this city with the small town vibe offers residents (and tourists) the best of everything. From live music to microbreweries to art festivals, this urban village rocks.

It's a high-tech "employment + enjoyment" economy that just keeps on getting better. Even Forbes Magazine thinks so. The CSU campus is just minutes away, so everybody lives young and smart. You can play golf at one of the well-known courses, or find a café, plug into your iPod and chill with a favorite drink.

But wait…something else is going on—a new River District outlet for business, culture and all sorts of possibilities. Plus Fort Collin's first bus system will link downtown to CSU to retail areas to work places and parks.

Looks like Fort Fun is on its way to becoming Fort Phenomenal.
