Bloomington…a shopper's paradise

See Bloomington, MN apartments for rent

Let's face it: Bloomington exemplifies the American Dream. Or at least, some parts of it.

Like the part that makes us roam around in 4.2 million square feet of indoor mall. That’s right, the Mall of America, located in this ‘hood, can fit 250 Statues of Liberty in the length of its different halls and courts.

Here, more than 500 stores contribute to the economic health of this ‘burb, and you can browse every one of them for ten minutes each, 24 hours a day, and still be shopping after three days—though we strongly advise against this. Luckily, Bloomington is located just off I-35 and I-494, so you can make several trips without a hassle.

Of course there’s much more to the American Dream than the indoor sport of shopping, right? You could put in a hard day’s work at a company like Toro or Seagate, both of which are headquartered in Bloomington, then get outside and enjoy a good nature walk in the Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge or Hyland-Bush-Anderson Lakes Regional Park. Or, simply come home to a good, solid house or Bloomington apartment that’s close to just about everything you’d want.

Sounds dreamy, doesn’t it?
