Located in the middle of the beach towns south of LA, this area is a definite departure from the business of the city. However, residents still benefit from thriving entertainment and shopping districts along Sepulveda and Rosecrans. At the heart of this beach community lies the downtown district offering shops, boutiques and—foodies take note—just about any expertly-crafted cuisine you can possibly imagine.
