We want to rave about Koreatown for just a little longer. Koreatown has seen a great deal of revitalization since the early 2000s. It sure is the time to get in to one of the many apartments in Koreatown Los Angeles. This ‘hood has character. It’s quite the unique blend of Korean residents from nearby suburbs such as Cerritos and Irvine who sought a more urban environment, immigrants from South Korea who wanted better job opportunities, ‘hipsters who were forced out of other neighborhoods with higher rents that have already gone through the revitalization and of course college students who attend USC and UCLA who moved into the area because of the great nightlife, cheaper rent, great ethnic food and easy to access public transportation.
