…emphasis on the rock

Eagle Rock welcomes visitors with a curious rock formation that looks like an eagle in relief. Really—they named the town for it.

On the edge of LA, immediately west of Pasadena, Eagle Rock boasts a distinct “Anytown, U.S.A.” feel that has attracted many a film location scout. Cookie-cutter, single-family homes and converted condos built in the 1940s & '50s offer a modest price range. Funky stores, eateries and classic Route 66-style signage complete the picture.

Despite the small-town feel, Eagle Rock is known for a diverse ethnic mix and underground, edgy, hipster culture. Since you’re smart in the ways of real estate and neighborhoods (you’re reading this, aren’t you?), you know that’s code for: get a place now while you can, because in a year it’ll be really expensive.

Go on. We’ll still be here when you come back.
