Cheviot Hills, CA is bordered by Rancho Park and Beverly Hills and offers easy access to Interstate 10. The area is actually named after a similarly peaceful area of gently rolling hills in Scotland.

Cheviot Hills is an affluent, peaceful neighborhood of beautiful, manicured lawns, distinctive cottages, stunning estates and upscale golf and tennis clubs. The occasional Cheviot Hills apartment community tends to lean to the luxury side as well. The area provides excellent views of the LA Basin and a quiet getaway from Century City, where many of its residents work.

It’s a serene neighborhood in the midst of it all. We’ll take it.
