Century City

Send to a friend

…from studio backlot to bustling center, this is where the action is

Despite its name, Century City is barely 50 years old and, like any good Hollywood story, it’s come a long way.

Though originally designed as a “second” downtown for LA, this is a first-rate area for both work and entertainment. The famous street in Century City is Avenue of the Stars. This avenue is home to MGM Tower, Fox Plaza and 20th Century Fox. These big names make it a neighborhood that evokes a wistful, cinema-loving sigh from tourists and locals alike.

With all the prestige, you can guess that rents and mortgages are priced accordingly. But when you’re inside the gleaming high-rises that defy the surrounding smaller apartment buildings, single-family homes and quaint cafés, you’ll feel like you’re on top of the world.
