Situated at the foot of the San Gabriel Mountains, Azusa’s gentle slopes flow right into the Angeles National Forest overlooking the San Gabriel Valley. Considered by most to be a great place to raise a family, Azusa goes a little deeper than that.

Its superb setting allows easy access to hiking trails, camping, canoeing, mountain biking and fishing in the San Gabriel Mountains and Angeles National Forest. It is also a great location for access to the surrounding southern region and the Los Angeles metro area.

A couple claims to fame for the area include the filming of the HBO television series “Six Feet Under” and the very first Chevrolet Camaro police car was built for the local police department. But no worries for you habitual traffic violators, the car was decommissioned in early 2000.
