As a new master-planned community southeast of the city, Mountain’s Edge will cover 3,000 acres and house about 30,000 residents. Other amenities planned are schools, a fire station, retail and more than 500 acres of parks, including an extensive trail system—all less than half an hour from the center of Las Vegas.
