International Marketplace Off the Vegas Strip

Las Vegas is filled with every ethnic food desirable, yet sometimes cooking your own makes it that much tastier. Whether you crave Greek, Asian, Mexican or Hawaiian you are bound to find what you are looking for at a bargain price at the International Marketplace located just west of the Strip in the Southwest Valley.

In this massive 40,000 square foot warehouse-style store food is arranged by continent providing a huge selection of dry and canned goods, frozen foods, fresh produce and a fresh meat and fish market. Brand names from America may be sparse but you will have no trouble finding noodles from Thailand, candy from China or soup from Germany.

Although the store is open to the public, you can choose to pay a $10 yearly membership fee and get additional discounts. Still, few will complain about this as the store offers a mouth-watering variety of chocolate, exotic teas and coffees and everything fished out of the sea. All of these features make the International Marketplace a cut above the other mundane grocery stores.

They also have tasting tables which give customers an opportunity to try something new and different. Looking for some ethnic décor? The International Marketplace can help you find something truly worldly. They offer a large array of dishes, furnishings, utensils and furniture. This along with the wide selection and competitive prices makes the store more like an international Costco than a grocery store. Whether you are hosting a lavish dinner party or a college student looking for some cheap eats you will undoubtedly find anything you are looking for at the International Marketplace. Just a hint: make sure you give yourself enough time to explore the whole store!

Hours of Operation: Monday through Saturday 9 am – 6 pm
