…shhhhh!

Most people have never heard of Blue Diamond. Even we had never heard of this charming little community until we found ourselves heading south down Las Vegas Boulevard, and west for a few miles on Blue Diamond Road. Then, rising from the Nevada desert, with tree-lined roads winding around single-family homes and quaint shops, we found it: Blue Diamond, pop. 439 as of July 2006, a company town founded for Gypsum mining.

Nowadays with Vegas getting closer all the time, residents are scrambling to keep Blue Diamond a secret. The town’s yesteryear charm, plus its Scenic Loop location at the southern tip of the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation area, has attracted its share of curious adventurers who liked what they found and stayed. If you’re looking for a Vegas-by-day, quiet-town-by-night lifestyle, Blue Diamond is the place for you.

And it’s okay…just tell them we sent you.
