…urban planning at its best

So much research has gone into designing Stapleton that it'll likely survive the next Ice Age—which is an amazing thing (the neighborhood, not the Ice Age).

Stapleton was specifically created to serve today's Denverites with an active lifestyle looking for new residences in an urban setting. A variety of shops, restaurants and parks in this area are centrally located and downtown Denver is only a ten-minute drive away. And with successful growth in the last decade, businesses like retail and medical complexes are drawing in residents in droves.

But don't think that new business is driving away the green. A 1,116-acre regional park sits at this area's hub, with bike and trail systems linking into the 17,000-acre Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge. This, plus a nature center and urban farm, will make you forget that this was all planned.
