Red Rocks 2008 Schedule is a Total Snooze Fest

The Red Rocks 2008 calendar has been announced. The most exciting act on the schedule thus far is the Sunrise Easter Service. The most current band on the schedule is Big Head Todd and the Monsters. Mmmm, mega yawn. The Police are on the schedule, so expect to shell out a lot of cash, yet still be bored out of your mind. Oh, and Sting, just because you can charge $200+ for one ticket doesn't mean you should. I bet Blackberry is the sponsor for all these shows.

May 21 - The Cure for a show at Red Rocks without a bunch of tree huggin hippies. Unfortunately they will be replaced with the hipster doofus crowd. June 05 - Don't RUSH to your seat b/c you could fall and break your hip. Kids, be sure to help your grandparents up and down the stairs. June 06 - Emmywho? June 07 - Big Head Todd, please go away. The rest of the summer - Stick to the great bar venues in Denver. It looks like this year Red Rocks is splitting time between tourists and geriatrics patients. Good luck with that.

I'm surprised the washed up Samples aren't on the schedule. Or Phil Collins.

Id agree to an extent. Yonder Mountain and Keller Williams will be one to catch. Also, many of the shows at Red Rocks haven't been announced yet so keep checking the schedule.
