…years from now, you'll be wishing you bought here

Established in the early 1900s, this diverse neighborhood was first home to settlers from England, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands and later, Italians and African-Americans. Today, it still boasts a healthy, good-for-you mix of ethnic backgrounds.

Though Northeast Park Hill may stand in the shadow of chic Park Hill, that won't be the case for long. More and more restaurants, boutiques and businesses are inching their way up Colorado Boulevard, and soon even its original residents will have to stand in line for the wings at Joseph's.
