This 2009 winner of Money Magazine's annual "Best Places To Live" is located in our own backyard, just off the 36 corridor. Louisville is no stranger to Money's list of America's best small towns--it placed 3rd in 2007, too.
So what makes Louisville so special? This years' list seemed to be compiled around one major factor: strong local economies. Other reasons Louisville took the gold include great schools, affordable homes, low crime and unemployment rates.
Another reason Money mag found Louisville so desirable is the same reason all of Colorado attracts so many out-of-state transplants: The great outdoors. Who can resist gorgeous mountain views, wonderful albeit unpredictable weather, a plethora of parks and trails and easy access to world class ski resorts and some of the best national parks in America? I coudln't, and apparently neither could the editors at Money.

Ordinarily, there would be no reason to pay any attention to Louisville, CO. However, Louisville CO is getting some attention these days because it got the top spot in the list of CNN Money.com Best Cities to live in. A small mountain town with population of less than 20,000, straight out of South Park, median family income is nearly twice the national average – because only rich people can afford to live in mountain towns like Louisville, Colorado. At any rate, the list it tops tends to favor small towns (criteria being a population of 50,000 or less – hardly small) over cities. From the description of Louisville CO, it might be worth some easy payday loans to move there.Read more click http://personalmoneystore.com/moneyblog/2009/07/13/louisville-tops-moneycom-cities/
