Five Points' Oldest Eatery

Posted by TeleGirl on 10/2/2009 4:12:45 PM in LoDo, Cole and Whittier, Five Points, Uptown, food & wine, hoodwinks, culture

Claiming to be the oldest restaurant in Five Points, Zona's Tamales is a tiny shack that doesn't look like much from the outside (or the inside, really). But if you can close your eyes and let your taste buds be the judge, you're sure to reach a positive verdict.

Zona's offers an eclectic selection of meals from the obvious (tamales) to the classic (corn and chili dogs) to the unusual (pig-ear sandwiches) and its lengthy menu is sure to please even the pickiest eaters.

Zona's is located at 713 E. 26th Ave. in the Five Points neighborhood.
