It's time to play in Commerce City! Ever since Dick came to town (he built the park), sports fans have been dressed up in blue and maroon to cheer on their beloved MLS team, the Colorado Rapids. Dick's Sporting Goods Park is the largest professional stadium and field complex on earth! Don't worry, you won't get lost because all 24 full-size fields are fully-lit.

The mega-park is not the only new build you'll come across in CC. The city just built a 90,000-square-foot City Civic and Justice Center on Prairie Gateway which, by the way, is a 917-acre parcel of land along the Rocky Mountain National Wildlife Refuge. Also new to the city is the flagship location of Rancho Liborio, a boutique Latin grocery. The city didn't stop there...other revitalization projects in the works include new Commerce City apartments and housing developments (Derby Renewal Project) as well as new business developments (Highway 85 corridor).

New businesses, new jobs, new housing, new recreation; you better get in while the gettin's good!
