…convenient urban living in the heart of Denver

A little fyi…in the 1800s, Cheesman Park was a cemetery. In fact, legend has it that there are thousands of graves still resting under it whose spirits walk the earth. But not to worry, those days are long gone and all that “remains” of that era is the beautiful marble Cheesman Memorial Pavilion in this expansive, 80-acre park. Here you’ll find a children’s playground and free concerts in spring and summer.

The neighborhood surrounding the park offers an eclectic mix of architectural styles. Into running, cycling or blading? Just step out your front door and onto the rambling paths surrounding the park. For a change of pace, go a few blocks south and enter the Cherry Creek bike path system linking the downtown area to the west, with the Cherry Creek Reservoir State Park to the east.

Within easy reach, all of downtown Denver (not to mention supermarkets): the state capitol building, LoDo, Botanic Gardens, Denver Art Museum, and much of the city's music and arts scene.
