…close to the city's buzz

Life's a three-ring circus. At least P.T. Barnum thought so. But in the winter months, when the "Greatest Show on Earth" took a break, Barnum came here to rest. Annexed to Denver in 1896, this neighborhood still has some historical buildings like the Bowman House (1910).

The neighborhood lies southwest of Denver, yet close to downtown. Which also means everything is nearby, like supermarkets, retail and specialty stores, parks, entertainment…you name it!

If you don't want to travel too far, there's always the Alameda Square Shopping Center. For sports types, the park at the corner of South Platte River Drive and West Cedar Avenue, includes a baseball field, basketball court, football field and softball diamond.

Ready to move to this 'hood?  Well, there are plenty of housing options to tickle your fancy.  Between ranch homes, townhomes and Barnum apartments for rent you'll be swinging from the rafters with housing delight!
