Sometimes you got to answer to a lot of people

Sen. Charles Grassley (R-IA), ranking member of the Senate Finance Committee, has opened an investigation into the finances of six leading televangelists. Grassley is looking into whether these preachers abused their tax-exempt status by using the proceeds from people who open their 'heart and their wallet' for personal benefit in the form of slick rides and bling.

Among them is Benny Hinn (you’ll know him by the white suit, major theatrics, political connections and ability to heal through faith) of World Healing Center Church based in Grapevine, TX. Hinn is specifically being asked how he handles cash collected on his oversees crusades during layovers on his trips from 2001 to the present.

Senator Grassley is acting on information from the Trinity Foundation, a religious fraud watchdog group in Dallas and local investigative reports.
