Lone Star Park in Grand Prairie offers live Thoroughbred Horse racing in the spring-usually April through July and then they hiatus until the fall for the Quarter Horse races. The Park is open year round for simulcast racing events around the country. Unless you are a die hard fan of simulcast horse betting, the live races are where the true action lies.

From the Dallas West End to Fort Worth’s Sundance Square, the TRE rail service links more than just two cities, it offers the freedom to explore everything in between - without a car. For work commuters or just for sightseeing, the TRE and DART rail and bus system is worth checking out.
