...big, bigger, biggest

In just 20 years, McKinney has grown from 20,000 residents to 120,000. An impressive feat, though not for lack of planning.

For example (and, sorry for the list), McKinney has a mix of new and hundred year-old houses, with townhomes and apartments on the horizon, nationally-ranked public schools and green-designed buildings, nine golf courses, a historic downtown that still bustles, and even a professional women’s football team.

And then there's Craig Ranch, a 2,500-acre, state-of-the-art mixed-use development built with a home-town vibe. Perfect for businesses, entertainment and living, with (and yet, another list…) offices, residences, restaurants, bistros, fab shopping, a sports complex, a hotel...well, you get the awesome picture.

Also, the landscape in McKinney isn't too shabby either—rolling hills, tree-lined streets and 'hoods, lush parks and the nice, quiet feel of a small town. But…in case "quiet" becomes a little too, well, quiet, downtown Dallas is but 30 miles away.

If all of this fits into your personal vision, consider McKinney home.
