…opportunity knocks

As one of the Quad Cities, Haltom is a well-established area only seven miles from Fort Worth. Note that word, “well-established,” which in this case means it’s all here.

We’re talking all the goodies and services that go along with a suburban town, just seven miles from Fort Worth. You know the drill: great schools, low crime rate, 75 local parks, tons of recreational ops, civic pride, yada yada yada.

A new development in the northwestern part of town is expected to increase the pop to over 40,000. And if you’re not looking to buy just yet (singe-family homes go up to $300,000), there’s a wide variety of housing options to fit your bill.

Interesting factoid of which Haltom City is intensely proud: it's one of the few cities that can say it started its own not-for-profit 60-member orchestra.

Everyone jokes about the ’burbs, but this is the stuff that makes a town a great buy. There’s a strong sense of community here; it’s a place where it’s still possible to get your own piece of the American Dream.
