DART Budget Error Causes Anger and Confusion for the Dallas, Irving and Rowlett Rail Lines

Due to a minor financial forecasting error of, oh, $1 billion dollars – well actually $900,000,00 (but, literally, who’s counting?) – the planned DART rail line projects for Downtown Dallas and Oak Cliff have been trimmed by $350 million and delayed in order to keep the Rowlett and Irving rail lines on schedule.
