…good things come in threes

The last twenty years have seen the population of Coppell increase ten-fold to its current 40,000.

Fortunately for present and future residents, planners made it a point to maintain the small-town vibe of this community by dividing the city up into thirds—one third for commercial concerns, one third for residences, and the remaining third for parks.

Thanks to Coppell’s stone's-throw proximity to the DFW airport, airline companies and other businesses have set up headquarters here, filling out the commercial third.

Proximity to the Dallas Cowboys’ and Stars’ training facilities has helped fill up the residential slice nicely with a slew of professional athletes, as well as the corporate-uniform-wearing desk jockeys who commute daily. And Coppell apartments along Beltline, Macarthur or Fairway Drive offer every variety of living arrangement.

The final third has been given to an abundance of parks and hiking trails, along with the mandatory golf course or two.

Combine all this with the tree-lined streets, surrounding forests and down-home feel of this fast-growing town, and we think you may want to get here soon and enjoy the rule of threes for yourself.
