One of the best things about North Colorado Springs is that you can find any type of housing you want. Subdivision-ready? Got it. Sticking with apartment rentals? Sure, got those covered too. Its proximity to area universities including the University of Colorado, makes it one of the most age-diverse neighborhoods around.

As with most Colorado communities, there are plenty of outdoor activities to choose from. Patty Jewett Golf Course is one of the oldest west of the Mississippi, and biking, hiking or lounging in the 750 acres of Palmer Park is the perfect way to spend a Saturday.
