…it’s hip to be square

Noble Square, located just west of 90/94 and east of Ashland, is a more low-key—but often equally as pricey—version of trendy Wicker Park.

Here, new construction and bi-level gut rehabs are loaded with luxe amenities like terraces, Jacuzzis, SubZeros, Vikings…you name it. Occasionally you’ll find a well-kept, moderately priced vintage apartment, condo or three-flat, but they’re hard to come by. Multi-unit buildings and single-family homes are scattered throughout.

Because Noble Square is so convenient to the city, with easy access to the Loop, O’Hare and the CTA, this area is perfect if you travel a lot or like to be able to get places quickly, but don’t like the nonstop chatter of trendier areas.

Some of the hottest spots on the near northwest side are a quick walk away—places like Flo, with its awesome southwestern breakfasts, Cleo's, with daily food and drink specials, and a handful of parks made for lazing.

You may never need to step outside of the Square.
