…glitz-free and gorgeous

There’s no Sunset Strip or Walk of Fame, but the community spirit and high quality of life in Hollywood Park has certainly turned our heads.

Comprised mostly of residential, tree-lined streets, you can get a great, affordable apartment, condo or bungalow in this part of town and still be within walking distance to a multitude of shops and restaurants. Its northern neighbor, Rogers Park, adds a whole separate set of options. North Park College and Northeastern Illinois University bring culture and diversity to the area, and Swedish Covenant Hospital provides jobs for physicians, nurses and administrative professionals throughout Chicago.

There’s a particular kid focus here, too, so if you’re raising a family, fun isn’t too far away. Hollywood Park has sports courts, fields, a spray pool and playground, in addition to a year-round calendar of activities through the Chicago Park District.

It may not be the most famous Hollywood in the U.S.A., but this area has everything you need to feel like a star—in real life.
