Most folks in metro Atlanta associate Chastain Park with one thing: concerts. And while there is a kickin’ amphitheatre here, there’s also tons of recreational activities and beautiful Victorian homes in this heavily wooded area with convenient access to Buckhead.

Chastain has become condo central in recent years as a flurry of buildings have converted. But with such abundant supply, that movement has slowed and kept a fair amount of Chastain Park apartments surprisingly available.

Within the park itself, you’ll find the famous amphitheatre, tennis courts, swimming pools, playgrounds, walking trails, horse parks, a golf course, soccer and softball fields and lots more. A vibrant youth organization keeps the kids busy, and adults can work out at the park’s rec center.

To find Chastain Park, just look for Mt. Paran Road to the north, Roswell Road to the east or Northside Drive to the west.
